OUR AIMS & OBJECTIVES
ACE Home Support Ltd aims to provide Domiciliary care services and support to individuals who cannot wholly look after themselves. Performing the tasks, they find a little difficult including personal care, enabling, shopping service, prescription collection, light housework and accompanying to appointments to name but a few.

Ace Home Support Ltd was started in 2020 by Emma and Charlotte with the support of Nyc Whitworth and Anne & Alan Mann.

We provide Home Care and Enabling services to the local community within the following areas:

Service we will provide:
Personal Care (Bathing, washing, dressing, continence management, medication supervision)
Domestic Tasks (shopping, light housework, food preparation, washing)
Enabling and companionship
Accompanying to appointment and social events
To whom we will provide support to:
Individual ages 18-64 years and 65+ years
Individuals with a variety of health conditions and illnesses
Qualifications of the staff

All staff before being taken on by ACE Home Support Ltd will undergo a full enhanced DBS check for adults and must provide 3 references, one of which is their current or last employer. Once they have all come back satisfactory, all staff will attend an induction program and complete all mandatory training.
In addition, Support Givers will complete shadowing until they are competent to work alone. The Care Certificate must be completed.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
In order to maintain a consistency and avoid conflict all staff will read and demonstrate a level of understanding towards to all policies and procedures.
When a policy or procedure has been amended or updated everyone will be notified and expected to read and acknowledge the changes.

Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Act
Medication and Infection Control and Prevention
Complaints and Compliments Policy and Procedure
Conflict Resolution and Health & Safety

COMPLAINTS, CONCERNS, COMMENTS & COMPLIMENTS
Complaints:
A sign of dissatisfaction, it can come from a staff member, people using the service, family member or member of the wider public. Each one will be fully investigated in a timely manner and a resolution found which is satisfactory to both parties. Our complaints policy and procedure are available on request for everyone to read.
Compliments:
Positive input regarding aspects of the Care Service.
Comments:
Still positive, but possible scope for improvement.
Concerns
Negative feedback where action may be required to address a problem.
